Results

The results indicate that three of factors are significant. There are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived fit. Which these factors has a significant influence on the New Zealand e-government adoption and uses. According to the results, most new Chinese immigrants trust the New Zealand e-government, they think e-government services is useful them. They can gain benefit from the New Zealand e-government service. Most participants think the New Zealand e-government service is convenient for them, For example, they can apply the permanent residency visa on the internet (use the immigration NZ website). Furthermore, most people believe that the NZ e-government service is easy to use on the internet, the reason is most Chinese students graduate from computer science, and they got the strong computer skills. For example, they can easily application for student allowance use the NZ e-government website. Finally, the most new Chinese immigrants and New Zealand e-government service has a little compatibility, the New Zealand Government give some benefits for many Chinese people, such as the medical insurances. On the other hand, most new Chinese immigrants believe that application welfare process is so slow; they also believe that the NZ e-government website can develop a wide range of languages in websites.
